This redevelopment of 31–32 Soho Square and the surrounding buildings will bring an important Soho site back into use through a careful balance of refurbishment and new-build interventions. Our proposals retain key historic elements, including the façades of the former Twentieth Century House, while creating flexible workspace for a mix of occupiers. A new public route links Dean Street and Soho Square through Chapone Place, enhancing public realm and improving connections through the site.
