Once home to a fizzy drinks manufacturer, this former bottling plant has been reimagined as a contemporary workplace. While many warehouses in the area have been replaced, our scheme retains much of the original building, celebrating its industrial character while adapting it for a new generation of occupiers.

A retrofit-first approach preserves the existing structure wherever possible, reducing embodied carbon and extending the life of the building. Reconfigured office floors, generous natural light, roof terraces and new cycle facilities create a workplace designed around flexibility and wellbeing.
