We’ve replaced a bombed-out laundry in Camden Town with nine new, high-quality residential units arranged around a beautifully landscaped communal courtyard. Two new buildings with secure access accommodate seven one-bed, and two two-bed apartments benefitting from bright and spacious interiors with large private balconies.

This was the backdrop to a high-density, brown field, urban infill housing scheme and a Housing Design Award.
