Queensway Masterplan is the redevelopment and regeneration of a tired urban block located in West London. Our proposal includes the delivery of fifty-five new, high quality flats for private rent, alongside improvements to the public realm and retail space. Renovating existing buildings and the provision of sensitively designed new-build infill will transform the appearance of the site from the street.
