Originally a 1970s office building, Newman Street has been transformed to provide over 25,000 sq ft of new residential and office space within a conservation area in central London. Sixteen private and seven affordable residential apartments, each benefitting from high quality interiors and an abundance of natural light, occupy the upper floors while new office space is provided on the ground floor and lower level.

The project won Best Housing (Large) in the AJ Retrofit Awards 2012 and a Blue Ribbon Award for Best Apartment
