National Theatre Pavilion

Arts and Culture

Designed for the Grade II Listed National Theatre, this temporary pavilion occupies the only roof terrace that was not originally intended for use. Structural issues were resolved, and the steel framed pavilion soon took shape. Polycarbonate panels line the exterior of the pavilion, which at night are illuminated with different colours to provide a theatrical backdrop to corporate events and weddings. Fitted with a bar, ‘The Deck’ became a wonderful place to soak up incredible views of London’s skyline.

Short listed for a BCIA award, another good performance!
