A few years ago we carried out a major renovation of an office building in West London. This building was then sold on to Leiths to create a new headquarters for their school of food and wine. The brief was challenging: to design, fit-out and relocate the school at breakneck speed with an end date that was set in stone. We got cracking and the omelettes turned out perfectly.
