Located in Holborn, this large office and retail building is approaching the end of its useful economic life, with tired office space and poor circulation. Our proposal seeks to transform and increase overall space within the building through the addition of two new storeys, while retaining and respecting the historic facade. A double mansard will sensitively house the sixth, and new seventh floor, which together with the subtle addition of the eighth floor above, will bring new high quality, BREEAM excellent office space to the centre of London.
