Hi Sushi was a comprehensive project that involved designing the branding, as well as a restaurant. Working within the constraints of a Grade II listed building, we sensitively refurbished a ground floor unit to create a contemporary venue; bean shaped ‘Chabudai’ style tables offer a unique dining experience. Following a quick turnaround, the restaurant was completed in time for the client’s ambitious opening date, and we drank plenty of Sake to celebrate!
