A finalist in the Sunday Times British Homes Award competition, Garden Villa is a high-density housing design for a new, densely populated garden city. Arranged around beautifully landscaped communal courtyards, each villa accommodates living spaces on the top floor to make the most of long distance views. Alongside a winter garden and garage, the ground floor is designed as a flexible space which can be used as a work-studio, self-contained flat or a fourth bedroom.
