Cornwell House, a Grade II listed building in the Clerkenwell Green Conservation area housed a series of B1 workshops on the ground and upper floors. The building required a complete renovation. Emrys have fully refurbished the building to create 10,000 sq ft of very high quality office space to the upper levels with the introduction of a retail unit to the ground floor. A new fourth floor roof extension sits behind the existing parapet, set back to create minimum impact on the building, and featuring a glass wall to access a curved terrace
