Carved Panels

Arts and Culture

Known for creating stunning three-dimensional forms with sharp edges and rich patterns in wood, we commissioned sculptor Sasha Holzer to bring art to life on the facade of Thirty Broadwick. A series of oak panels were hand carved, scanned, enlarged, rough cut in stone and hand finished to create a frieze along the south facing facade of the building. As the sun moves though the sky, shadows highlight the craftsmanship involved; at night, the frieze is carefully lit to ensure maximum visibility.
