This new contemporary student accommodation forms the final phase of Zebra Housing’s development of two sites in Tufnell Park, North London. Similar to ‘Anson Road’, the scheme involved renovating tired graduate student flats within a Victorian building, alongside the creation of a new single-storey block to provide new residences for students from around the world. Complete with a green roof, the new building sits unobtrusively between two Victorian terraces.
