Bridge House

Commercial Mixed-use

Bridge House, a Grade II listed building next to London Bridge, was built in 1834 as a hotel, then altered in the 1960s and a rear annex added in the 1970s. We have removed the 1960s rooflights, created windows that have a view and added an additional floor over the annex, all topped off with a garden roof with amazing views across the City, Borough Market and Southwark Cathedral. The 45,000 sq ft building has being fully refurbished to CAT A and part CAT B and American coffee brand  Roasting Plant has opened to form part of a revamped entrance and ‘third space’ to the building.
