We have gained planning consent for Courtyard, a project in Bloomsbury that seamlessly integrates a series of disparate buildings into a unified whole, whilst introducing a new entrance and presence on Alfred Place and ensuring accessibility throughout.

We are making an exciting transformation at roof level to form new amenity space and beautiful landscaped areas overlooked by a communal event space.

Courtyard represents the next generation of flexible working space with the courtyard at its heart, now glazed over so it can be used all year round for large seminars and events.
