Coleman Street

Commercial

This scheme in the City of London has provided 56,000sqft of flexible work space with roof top amenity spaces and an improved public realm, sensitively designed to enhance the character of the local conservation area.

Alongside the retained façade of 63 Coleman Street, new contemporary façades to both Coleman Street and Moorgate reflect the proportion and materials used in the locality – a palette of limestone, rich black faience and bronze window frames.

It has been a very positive journey with The City of London and we also worked closely with the archeological team as the site is located right in the centre of Roman London.
