Conquest House

Commercial

A 1950s mock Georgian office block which had outlived its natural life span needed to be completely modernised. A new atrium now links the ground and lower ground floors, creating a contemporary central hub space, and significantly increasing the value of the lower ground floor. To reduce energy usage and associated costs post occupancy, we developed a passive chilled beam solution to eschew the need for additional cooling.

Conquest House won a London and South-East BCO Award.
