Trading Places

Our client has outgrown their Golden Square premises and have asked us to work on an additional office and suite of meeting rooms for them nearby. It’s a fast turnaround with the job due to complete in April. Fortunately, we still have time for stimulating discussions with the client who has a keen interest in design and finishes.

Turning wood to stone

Artist Sasha Holzer has been commissioned to hand carve a series of wood blocks in geometric designs. These original artworks are now being scanned and scaled up to create stone panels that will become a frieze around our Broadwick Street project. Featured here is some work in progress.

Central St Martin’s Students at Emrys

This week, we have welcomed two Third year Part I architecture students from Central St Martins as part of the RIBA mentoring scheme.  It has been a busy week visiting various schemes on site together with some completed schemes. They said it gave them a good rounded insight into the workings of an architectural practice.
